Grand Teton National Park is a hiker’s paradise. Labyrinths of trails cover the landscape and provide an easy escape from the crowds enjoying the roads and overlooks. Water recreation is also available thanks to many lakes, including Jackson and Jenny. If you’re up for a real challenge, you can even get some mountaineering in by summiting one of the three Tetons. Best Time to Visit: The summer season is the best time to go to see some of the park’s most popular wildlife. This is also the busiest season. Fall offers great weather and beautiful foliage.

Unique Things to Do: Take a boat tour on Jenny Lake.
